Delivery method

We want the ordered products to arrive in your possession as soon as possible. The order is processed immediately after receiving it. If the product is not in stock, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.

The delivery terms apply from the moment the order is confirmed, excluding non-working days and can vary from 1 day to 30 days. During holidays or in case of weather problems, the delivery period can be extended (Easter, Christmas, Black Friday, weather conditions, etc.).

The delivery term is taken into account from the moment the parcel is sent to the courier service provider, not from the moment the order is placed.

The possibility of checking the package upon delivery is available for a fee.

Orders can only be fulfilled in the delivery system described below.

Fast courier: delivery is made in 24-48 hours to the recipient’s address. The shipping fee is 25 lei per package with VAT included for orders less than 300 lei (except for high-volume products).  This option is only valid if there is a courier service point in the town where you live.

Before completing each order, you will be contacted by one of our consultants for information on transport costs.

Payment method

Payment is made in the cash-on-delivery system, regardless of the mode of transport chosen. You will pay the order value in cash when you receive the package. The delivery fee is also included in the refund. Do not pay anything extra to the courier

If you want to pay through the bank, by payment order, please mention this in the initial order and you will receive the invoice on the basis of which you can make the payment to your email address. After payment, please send us its confirmation to the email address contact@el-con.ro.

Product description

The www.el-con.ro team tries to present the products on the website as detailed and correctly as possible. However, www.el-con.ro does not guarantee that the description of the products and services as well as the content of this website is error-free, complete and up-to-date. If a product offered by our store does not correspond to the description or is sent incorrectly, the only possibility to remedy the situation is to return the unused product.

Also, www.el-con.ro does not guarantee the availability in stock of the displayed products, which is why the company will have the right to partially or fully deliver the order, if they are no longer displayed in the supplier’s updated offer or their availability is no longer valid (missing from stock, out-of-stock edition etc.). (out of stock, sold out edition etc.). If the payment is made in advance, the customer will have the right to receive back the money paid for the respective product, and in case the products cannot be delivered, the customer has the possibility to request only the immediate return of the amounts already collected by www.el- con.ro, but not other compensations.

We reserve the right to make current changes both to the prices of the products in the offer and to the shipping costs, but these changes will not affect the rights of the people who placed the order before the introduction of these changes.

Returning products

In order to benefit from the return of products according to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, a return request must be completed and the product sent to SC BOGERALDOS SRL at the latest on the 14th working day from the date of picking up/receiving the product. Requests/shipments completed/made after this period are not taken into account.

If several products of the same kind were purchased, only one unsealed product is accepted, the rest of the quantity is accepted only if the products are sealed.

You can return the products purchased on our website within a maximum of 14 days from their purchase, under the following conditions:

– the product must have its packaging, labels and accessories intact;

– the product must not show signs of assembly;

– the identification labels are not damaged;

– the product should show no signs of use.

If the product does not meet the customer’s requirements, we recommend avoiding its use and installation. In case of refusal of the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it by phone or e-mail to establish the details regarding its return.

We will answer you by e-mail or phone within 24 hours, with return instructions.

Products must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent, we will not credit products that are damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use a protective box to prevent damage during transit.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories, with the labels intact and the documents that accompanied it). Products that show physical changes, hits, chips, scratches, shocks, traces of use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for return.

Return costs are borne by the consumer.

Please DO NOT write, stick scotch tape or labels directly on the product box or packaging.
