Physical security risk assessment is mandatory for all commercial companies that have at least one authorized workplace.

The risk assessment process includes the following phases:

  • setting the context
  • risk identification
  • risk analysis
  • risk estimation
  • risk management

The physical security risk analysis is mandatory.

The legislation in the field of security provides for some absolutely mandatory measures.

Government Decision no. 301/2012 updated according to Decision no. 1002/2015 for the approval of the methodological rules for the application of law 333/2003 regarding the protection of objectives, assets, values and the protection of persons.

The purpose of the Risk Analysis is to identify the internal and external factors that directly or indirectly affect the physical security of the people who carry out their activity within a unit.

The security systems generated as a result of the physical security risk analysis must be implemented in a maximum of 60 days by the units that are the subject of an evaluation.

Following the implementation of the security systems, the drivers have the obligation to ensure their maintenance only through specialized and authorized companies at least once every 6 months to ensure their functionality.

Violation of the provisions of the specific legislation regarding the development and implementation of the physical security risk analysis constitutes a misdemeanor and is sanctioned with a fine from 5,000 to 10,000 RON

Installation of security systems

Security systems are designed to protect the ways through which a criminal can enter a house, building and steal valuables.

For the installation of the security systems, it is necessary to carry out a varied range of works and all this only by the team of specialists of the company, the team that possesses a wealth of experience in the field of systems and security services.

Among all technical security systems, video surveillance systems offer the most spectacular results. They have a high efficiency in identifying problems, whether they are intended for the surveillance of public spaces (halls, access corridors, parking lots) or of employees or processes with a high degree of danger.

Video surveillance systems represent an important step for the safety of any business, whether you monitor your employees or use video surveillance cameras against thieves or unwanted guests, surveillance cameras can be of real use.

A well-configured and installed video surveillance system can ensure the identification of suspicious persons, the actions taken by them and, if necessary, the respective images can become important evidence for investigative bodies.

Video surveillance systems are today more useful and more accessible than ever. They are a reliable solution for monitoring the interior or exterior areas of buildings and properties.

The complete security of the objectives cannot be ensured without an effective Video Surveillance System that allows both the real-time monitoring of events and suspicious persons, as well as their recording, for the purpose of subsequent checks and the provision of recordings.

These systems have proven their efficiency in monitoring the production flow, leading to the efficiency of the activity. Information can be stored locally (on hard disk) or on remote computers. The video surveillance system can be interconnected with a burglar alarm system or with the electronic access and time control system, to increase efficiency.

Motion detection is digital and can be associated with events such as an alarm phone call, triggering of safety devices, etc. Depending on the needs of remote surveillance and tracking, different configurations are made.

Advantages of digital video surveillance:

  • High definition playback (HD or FullHD), clearly superior image quality, easy and flexible management of recorded images
  • Advanced IP cameras equipped with intelligent analyzers reduce the amount of uninteresting video recording, being controlled by integrated alarm devices such as motion detectors, audio alarm detectors, etc.
  • Complex system of access rights, programmable in detail
  • High level of integration with already existing equipment
  • Possibility of expanding an existing network, without any other costs except for the purchase of new equipment
  • Easy installation thanks to the PoE features of the network, which eliminates cables and power supplies
  • Low energy consumption
