Electrical installation project management refers to the organization, supervision and development of electrical installation projects, respecting the regulations in force, in order to realize and implement them.

Stages:

  1. The initiation stage
  2. The stage of planning and carrying out the activities;
  3. Monitoring and control stage;
  4. Execution stage;
  5. Teaching and closing stage.

The initiation stage

The proposals are based on the information received from the beneficiary and refer to the technical consultancy offered in order to choose the best technical-financial solutions for the realization of the project, as well as the adaptation of the solutions to the client’s needs;

The stage of planning and carrying out the activities

It includes: detailing the project, selecting suppliers, managing contracts, informing and training staff, defining the work stages and describing their sequence, identifying the necessary resources and costs, developing the time schedule and establishing the way of working;

Monitoring and control stage

It is necessary to carry out periodic control during the development of the project in order to identify the deviations from the plan and the corrections that must be made.

The fundamental processes can be found in the periodic reports regarding the execution of the project (project status, forecasts for the future of the project) and the control of the changes made.

Execution stage

  1. Preparation of the technical project

In the design phase, through calculations, the technical-economic criteria for the operation of the electrical installations are established, optimal options for the location of the electrical power supplies are proposed, the location having a determining role in reducing losses during the exploitation period, the possibilities of making the installations more flexible are studied, as then when changes are needed to be made in the shortest time and with minimal investments.

  1. Execution services

The execution of the works will be carried out only on the basis of the projects and execution details, verified by certified project verifier specialists.

Through the site management activities, we support the beneficiary to follow the execution of the works in accordance with the project specifications and the technical regulations in force:

  • The execution of electrical installation works is coordinated according to the execution schedule;
  • Plans are analyzed and their correct implementation is ensured by the project team;
  • The necessary materials/services are drawn up and sent to the purchasing department;
  • The required manpower is planned according to the intermediate execution terms;
  • The activity of subcontractors and subordinate personnel is coordinated;
  • Work situations and offers for additional works are drawn up;
  • The work situations received from subcontractors are approved;
  • Reports on the implementation of site provisions are drawn up.

Teaching and closing stage

The closing processes will be:

  • Closing contracts;
  • Performing the preliminary/qualitative reception/at the end of the works for the works executed within the projects;
  • Administrative closure measures – gathering and disseminating information to shape the closure operation of the project;
  • Completion of handover and reception minutes.
